By using Kenya's Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Listings & Content
- All listings must be for legal goods and services.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.
- AI moderation is used to ensure content quality and safety.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed via M-Pesa (Safaricom).
- Listing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Escrow protection is available for high-value transactions.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Posting fraudulent or misleading listings
- Harassment or abuse of other users
- Attempting to bypass payment systems
- Creating multiple accounts for manipulation
6. Limitation of Liability
Kenya's Hub is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the quality of goods/services or disputes between users, except where escrow protection applies.
